Earlier todayI saw a young child drying his tongue out of a car window as I passed in the opposite direction. He looked so happy. I knew I wasn't the only one who did that.

maybebut when the fuzz pull you over it won't be to chuckle at your drying your tongue it will be to issue a ticket for driving without due care and attention.
