Alexei Sayle
A rather pleasant surprise. Loved his short stories more than I expected to.

Yes! ;D
There was one brilliant one about the chap whose life has gone to crap, everything goes wrong for him, then he's in an accident and nearly dies.

It goes something like:

'The surgery team worked though the night using all their skill and bravery until they finally managed to save my life. The cunts'.

I love Alexei Sayle
Particularly his quote (which I have often used) "Anyone who uses the term 'workshop' and isn't involved in light engineering is a twat'.
