No, they don't issue drivers with change.That's why there's a sign on the front saying "Exact Fare Only".

We don't have signs on the buses saying that.If they don't have enough coins to change a note, some bus companies will issue a recipt which can be redeemed at the station.
Or you could be a cunt and use that to pay to get home aswell.
