Incoming! Idiots! Revenge! Cash!
I used to have a job in the Curry's complaints centre taking inbound calls. I was only there briefly, but i made the most of it. It was a crap job, and it entailed dealing with complaints of dubious veracity from people that had shopped at dixon's, curry's, the link and other dsg stores. I got fired for being excessively blunt with customers that had been trying it on. I also used to pass awkward clients numbers on to friends in window sales centres, post them online, put them in phone boxes and use them to place ads in the free papers. I also used to post them spoof letters on faked police and power provider letterheads informing them of pending prosecutions and debt proceedings. The lesson? Be nice to phone monkeys. One of the things i am enjoying though, is listening to people mocking us b2b cold callers. I get a bit of my working day wasted, sure, but my last pay cheque, pre-tax, was £8081. This is not unusual for me. So, smart guys, you pass me around and waste 5 minutes of my day, but do you still feel smug? Excuse lack of line breaks, i'm posting this via my cellphone and i don't have an enter key.

presumably
the cheque is either annually, in Turkish lira, or monthly.

If it's monthly, then I guess doctors, rock stars, IT managers, Prime Ministers etc... are all in the wrong game.

monthly, my friend, in pounds
naturally it varies, and that's a good month, but a good sales manager, working in b2b telesales can clear a lot. With my end of year bonuses i'll clear 80k this year. Although, unbelievably, everything over 3k per month has 51% deductions (40% tax, 11% n.i.) plus pensions etc so i'm still always skint.. Phone sales is the ideal job if you're intelligent, can think on your feet and you make work your top priority. I'll be retired by fifty, with a secure future and i can also provide my son with a good private education. This is why phone salesmen have balls and are "in your face"

incidentally,
seniot politicians earn more, and claim even more. GPs earn about 7500 a month. Rock stars and footballerse earn a lot more. IT managers though, well... They're kept in jobs by salespeople and are generally overpaid and underworked. Sure, on occasions complex IT is vital but in the main is it so hard to manage a server and keep email up?

Actually
I've known sales guys do €25k in a week. Rare, but not unknown. One office near here, the boss was doing €200,000 to €250,000, after costs, per week.

He's in prison now

i don't actually drive owing to my having an epileptic fit within the last twelve months
and i'm not really familiar with chuck norris, to be honest... I know he's a film star but i don't think i've ever seen anything he's in. I'm not a big movie watcher. I prefer books. Incidentally, i'm not a honda fan. I currently gave a vintage corolla gti16 garaged but, as i get my license back next month, i'm looking at what to buy. It needs to be sensible and i don't want to spend more than twelve thousand. I'm torn between a 330ci soft top or an alpina b3. Choices, huh.

With £8k I'd be buying a phone with an enter key on it....

That is all.
