Inappropriate crushes
As a teenager I was obsessed by my piano teacher - I hated playing the piano, but carried on because she was so lovely. OK, it was because she used to wear very plunging necklines.
I even stopped practicing because the worse I was, the more she'd sit at the piano to show me how to play a piece and I could stand behind her and look down her top.
Aaaaargh. Confess your own crushes so I don't look like a breast-obssessed stalker.

another cartoon character
This may sound really strange... there was a cartoon series years ago called Robotech, that was an assemblage of 3 separate Manga series, given a new story arc and a not-too-bad dubbing job.
In the first series there was a character named Lisa Hayes (a.k.a. Misa Hiyase), the daughter of an admiral, dedicated to her air force job, who eventually became first officer on the spaceship that the story revolved around. Because she was such a professional character, she was pretty stuck-up at first and had real trouble with her love life. Maybe it was my 14-y.o. soul that needed a boost, but when she showed signs of thawing it was quite affecting. She was certainly more interesting than any of the girls I knew in school, who would not even talk to a kid who wore glasses.
Anyone who knows the series might remember "Minmei", the Chinese "idol singer" who had half the guys following her around, doing stupid things to impress her... spoilt little cow, couldn't stand her, but she got what she deserved, in the end, when fame wasn't all it was cracked up to be. No, instead I can give Lisa credit for my adult predilction for tall redheads in uniform..!
