Overwork!
I had reall shity days at work in a row where nothing went right for me and everyone was angry at me. My insomnia came back and so I was tired as well. Then finnaly I woke up this morning and got my period and relised that is why every thing has been so crappy this week. And then proceeded to bawl my eyes out over the injustice of the female hormonal cycle and it's effets of it on my quality of work.
