the mongness isn't only restricted to customersI once went into the supplier shop (looks like a womans name and her preferred meat product) for my desktop, as I had broken the tower fan cleaning it, and the machine wouldn't run for any length of time without dying.
Told the guy what I wanted, size and everything (even had my old one for comparison) - he didn't have a fucking clue! (He wasn't a noob either - he was the guy who had sold it to me a couple of years previous, and had sold me various other parts after). Took me half an hour, and a look round the fucking shop myself, before I got what I needed
