I just found out I have gone overdrawn, It appears that you are still direct debiting my membership fees and my membership expired 3 months ago

Oh I see, apparently its my responsibility to cancel the direct debit. Despite that fact I filled in a form saying that I quit as I cant afford to keep paying for your service.

Ah and you want a final payment, for this month even though you wont let me in your gym?
