haha, as if a paper will run a story on how a man/women received shoddy service in a shop.

hahai had a similar one to this.
"i'm gonna write to xxxx magazine if i don't get what i want in the next 30 minutes! i'd strongly advise for you to do this if you have any concerns for your career!"
to which i replied "that's all very well but our company actually sponsors that magazine, good luck"

we normally get this "Watchdog" complainteven if it's been completely identified as something to do with them (or their equipment).
