Ha!Have literally just told a credit card to do one and write to me on the same point. If I replied to an email asking for my security code, my mother's maiden name and my date of birth, they'd tell me I'd been stupid and risked my personal details. But then they actively ENCOURAGE YOU to give out exactly that information to any old fuckwit that happens to call you up. Marvellous.
