oh this ^^^there should be a rule that those not in work are banned from shopping between 12 and 2 on weekdays, so that people who only get a few minutes for lunch aren't delayed.
The rest of the day is anyone's. Why go shopping when surely you know it'll be busy anyway, if you don't have to?
