Ialways pat my pockets or bag and recite the same list to a little tune either out-loud or in my head. May sound daft but if the words dont go with the song i know ive forgotten something.

And i always check my face on the mirror in the hall incase theres something stuck to it and i ALWAYS check my flies are done up.
