I think I read about pooflake's Virgin/NTL woes a while back......unfortunately it was just after I'd signed up.
*sigh*
Well, cancelled the Direct Debit this morning after the daft pricks left me on hold.
On the bright side, the twunts never managed to migrate my BT landline so I'll at least hang onto that and they can go whistle for payment for the 2 phone numbers they've given me thus far...
