Being bilingualI often pretend to be German when people try asking me for change/to do questionnaires etc. I often enjoy answering their initial questions but in a way that sounds like I'm explaining that I can't understand. One of these days I'm gonna be caught out but until then I'm keeping my change.

Works a treat with charity collectors, door to door salesmen and Jehovah's witnesses. Best combined with a gormless smile.
