IUsed to work for a company that done this, they used to buy greenbelt land that had practically no chance of getting planning..paid about 25k for the land and divided it up into about 20-25 plots and sold each one for roughly 15-20k a pop, calling themselves an "investment company" cue FSA stepping in....
