I keep gathering bits of equipment.I refuse to get a proper toolbox, though - that'd be capitulation. So all the drills and nails and things like that are strewn between the study and the cellar. The painting stuff is in the bathroom. The saw's in the spare bedroom. Christ only knows where I keep the spirit level.

Ahhhh....Spirit levels! The toolbox that came with the flat didn't have one, so I bought one, as we wanted to put up a shelf. Browsing spirit levels in Wilkinsons made me feel very much like my dad....
