Hmmm......I think this is some vague and rather tenuous reference to the fact that Mexican vets sell Nembutal to anyone who wants it, ostensibly for use in euthanising animals, but in reality used for human suicide.

It's not the Mexican Suicide...The whole thing makes no fucking sense. There are sentences with no apparent subject. Quotes with no apparent object, from unspecified people.
