Having a sneaky pooin someone else's empty house when I'm there to measure it up and do sales/rent details. I derive a sick kind of guilty pleasure from knowing I've previously curled one down when I'm showing someone around at a later date.
Top tip:- check the water is on beforehand, and that there's some bogroll. I speak from bitter experience....
