I was chatting to someone in the year above me at uni.There's a Chinese chap that has cheated on nearly every exam. What he does is write the answers in the white spaces in his Chinese-English dictionary. He apparently got caught once and only got a slapped wrist.
Apparently his other trick is to lurk round printers and steal peoples tutorial work.
