But "over a litre" plus "over a pint" sounds like a little under half the blood in an average human body. That's a seriously violent amount to lose through your nose/mouth, and very close to resulting in death by exsanguination. I think you should get onto the Guiness Book of Records for "most horrendous nosebleed".
