click from meI was caught speeding and even though it was only 9 Mph over the limit I was not offered the chance to go on one of the courses, this post makes me glad that I didn't have the chance.

I'm not sure whatthe exact criteria for being offered the course is but I was 8mph over so you must have missed by the skin of your teeth.
