Personalitydoes count for a lot. Theres no point in going out with someone who bores you. Or if you bore them. Looks... well its all in the eye of the beholder isn't it? Everyone has different taste in a partner and if someone is really good looking but a total shit, then its probably not going to work.
Having said that I am somewhat bitter right now and may be disregarding my own standpoint for a while. Sigh.
