I wassupposed to make some Brazilian sweets called Brigadeiros to take into work tomorrow / bribe my tutor... but weirdly not been in a fit state to make them this weekend. They are great, Hot Indian Girl loved them... sigh.
All you need is:
1 can condensed milk
25g butter
25g cocoa power / drinking chocolate mix
Little chocolate sprinkle things.
Put the first three in a pan over a medium heat, stir constantly till the mixture comes away from the pan (should take 15-20 mins at most), take it off heat, leave it to cool enough to handle, grease up yr hands, get a teaspoon full of the mixture, roll into a ball, then roll in the sprinkles and voila!
