This is a question Money-saving tips

I'm broke, you're broke, we're all broke. Even the smug guy on the balcony with the croissant hasn't got two AmEx gold cards to rub together these days. Tell everybody your schemes to save cash.

it adds up
I posted a rough calculation of the amount saved/earned last time i posted this and there were several mentions of super models and Honda accords.

I am currently on a 24 month mobile phone contract which will see me about a grand in profit when it finishes. my crowning achievement involved a credit of £1500 from ntl after a long series of fuck ups.

I also got a wodge of cash from marks and Spencer money for repeatedly sending me somebody else's statement.

The DPA is your friend and when dealing with a financial institution you can quite often explain to through person you are dealing with that writing a £300 cheque for me beats paying the FOS £500 for an upheld complaint not to mention the cost in man hours spent dealing with my 23 point complaint.

Nothing hooky, just playing the bastards at their own game.

Unless there has been an almighty fuck up i don't go after small companies. Even with good reason they usually tell you to fuck off.

Give me a nice juicy plc with a tall management structure any day. plenty of escalation points!
