This is a question School Projects

MostlySunny wibbles, "When I was 11 I got an A for my study of shark nets - mostly because I handed it in cut out in the shape of a shark."

Do people do projects that don't involve google-cut-paste any more? What fine tat have you glued together for teacher?

What were you laying?
In the sick bay?

No
The sick bay made us pay by the bandaid and notified our parents, which I DIDN'T want.

Mr Whetton was nice enough to let me spend the rest of the day on the floor in the D&T teachers room.

He also did an emergency run into town to buy me medical supplies as the bitches in teh office and sickbay made us pay fro bandaids and any other medical supllies we needed. If you didn't have the cash on you, well fukk you and this was a selective high school too.

Good teacher that one.

Apologies for any mistakes, I'm, 4 beers down at the moment.

EDIT: I just realised I already said the sick bay but what I just wrote was much more truthful.

oh...in my confessed drunkeness I just got that
No, the boys at my school were crap (one of them repeatedly abused me including holding me by the throat against a wall until I passed out and trying to break my nose amoungst other things) and I didn't discover exciting boys and girls until a while after this happened.

It was actually a snarky dig at your misuse of "lie" and "lay"
Never mind. Belated sympathies about your finger.

ok
I don't meet the required grammar, punctuation thingy grammar nazi thing going on here. My only responses are that
1- I was never taught grammar in school &
2- My family were the Nazi's, so I have more nazi cred than the lot of you.

Also, I really didn't take any offense, I just felt silly for not getting it sooner.

Still thanks for the replies, I'm glad some people are at least reading me!
