There is a solution to countries like thatJust give the women rifles. Women = 52% of the population or more in most places, that's enough for a military takeover.

.Unfortunately we're more violent and generally better at being inhumane killing machines due to the wonders of testosterone, so I'm not sure the result would be as described.
