PebcakWorking in IT, you generally have to talk to some complete sponge of a customer from time to time, who's complaint about your product is entirely their own fault (e.g. Power not on, trying to run your database on a rubberkeyed spectrum, etc).
Thus the phrase 'Pebcak error'
