Terrible foodBack when I was a student, we had a "clear out the fridge" party. Everyone brought what they had left and the idea was to make a big meal out of it.
The stew/casserole/whatever was going surprisingly well until someone added the tin of mackerel in tomato sauce they'd been hoarding all year.
What's the worst thing you've ever cooked or eaten? Who's the worst cook you've encountered?

My motherhad my boyfriend and I to dinner one day, and told us we were having meatloaf. Ok, we thought, she makes decent meatloaf. So, we wait, ravenously, for dinner. As she pulls the meatloaf out of the oven, she pauses and says "oh yeah, I did something special with the meatloaf today." "Oh, what's that?" "Well," she answers, "I was in the mood for cabbage rolls, so I mixed in a can of sauerkraut!" I think I've said enough....
Length? Well, you were probably nervous your first time too....
