YupMy boss started trying to fine us if we were even a minute late. I'm contracted to 38 hours, and I average 55, none of which I get paid for since I'm salaried.
When they started trying to fine us, I organised my team to do a 'work-to-rule' by which we took a full hour for lunch and turned up and left exactly on time, also kicking up a fuss if any meetings required us to set off early/return late.
Still don't get overtime but she's realised that penalising us for the odd five minute delay due to trains, etc, wasn't smart.
