This is a question Starting something you couldn't finish

Finnbar says: I used to know a guy who tattooed LOVE across his left knuckles, but didn't tattoo HATE on the other knuckles because he was right-handed and realised he couldn't finish. Ever run out of skills or inspiration halfway through a job?

:o)
In the three+ years I've had my PS3, I've only completed about five games. Pointlessly, stupidly difficult final levels just bore and frustrate me too much.

For example. from reading forums and whatnot, I know I've only gotta do two or three more missions to complete (the story mode at least)of Red Dead Redemption... But can I seriously be fucked to play the 'herd some fucking cattle with your son' and 'pick up some shopping for the Mrs' conclusionary levels? Can I piss! I've got Bioshock 2 waiting. Time to shoot some splicers in the face.

RDR looks very pretty (especially in HD) and I really want to like the Wild West genre. But I'm barely a quarter of the way through, and the gameplay is already getting a bit repetitive.

So I might give it up a bit sooner than you, because my untouched copy of Bioshock 2 is bound to be ace (they couldn't possibly fuck it up after such a fantastic original. Or could they?)
