NamesUsed to work for Cable & Wireless as was, Mrs Fannywhiff was our best account name, you'd usually get passed the details mid call and spend the rest of it rocking with laughter.
As anyone who's worked in a callcentre knows its like church, anything remotely funny and your finished - try listening to Armageddon (the Gerbil) and taking a call, that's a challenge
