I'm thinking of writing a prog (in c or asm) called 'die' in deference to 'kill' where the user can choose their uid rather than a pid to kill. Maybe even - 'not-so-nice'.
Could even make it a cron job for when you're crawling to the kitchen after posting your latest att/def stats!
