Dr. Kate MCcann when she went to the apartment and saw that Maddie was missing, she appeared at The Tapas Bar and the first thing she said was: 'We let her down.' (there are several witnesses that heard this ), not 'I can't find her' or 'She's gone missing ' or whatever. Apparently 'We let him /her down.' is a medical term for 'The patient died'. When questioned why she used this particular remark she refused to answer. It makes you think doesn't it?
