No way...'Woopla' was a game I invented when I was 14, working at a car boot sale, picking up the rubbish (don't laugh...)
We had these pointy sticks, to pick up crisp packets and such, and the idea was to throw them high in the air and shout 'WOOPLAAAH!!!' and if the pointy bit stuck in the ground you got some points. Or something.
