i agree, it's stupidly expensivebut i have to say, i have owned a macbook pro for all of 18 months and used it pretty much all day every day. I expect to get another couple of years out of it. so maybe 1000+ full days of use. For argument's sake, say it cost £400 over the odds. That's 40p per day to have something really nice to use that never goes wrong. I spend 6 times that on a coffee in the morning that lasts me 5 minutes.
