Type in DXDIAG ( DirectX Dialouge )
And hit Enter
Wait for it to load up, should be on the first page with all your specs.
Note for those not allowed chat programs in the Office / School, DirectX also has a chat program, you just need the PC's IP's you want to connect to. Best part is removing it would probably break stuff that windows needs.
