to make the sabersCaptured the movie in adobe premiere.
Export file as a film strip.
import the filmstrip into photoshop.
add a new layer above this. fill it black and set to 'screen'.
use the line tool or lasso and cover over the stick i was holding in white on every frame but on the same layer as the black (which u now cannot see as layer is set to screen)
duplicate the layer 3 times. the on the layer second from the top add a gaussion blur of about 5 - the one below that 10 and the one below that 15. then merge all the saber layers together and set them back to 'screen'
then adjust the layer to a colour u like.
export as filmstrip again
import into premier and it runs as a movie
