Pigeon chasing rules!That's one of the funniest things I've seen lately!
A friend of mine attempted something similar a while ago, except we just drove it around a local sportsground's racing track with the cam on its side (only way it would fit!) It was fixed on using some garden wire stuff (similar to those wire tags you can get.) The cam kept falling off.
There's a lake near here with lots of pigeons and seagulls, and it'd be interesting to see how a whole load react!

Miniature fun...I have a few Bit Char-Gs (www.tomy.co.jp/bit_charg/) a while ago, bored of them now, so I have ordered a digital camera, should be arriving in 2 weeks for the ultimate in covert animal fear. Sweet, thanks for the inspiration :)
