There's a bit at the end of Sympathy for Mr Vengeance, where the bloke gets stabbed in the chest and left for dead in the middle of the road.Then gurgles through his lungs loudly in death throes throughout the entire credits sequence, which in my opinion is the best ending to a film ever.
