
You can relate my story. I used to do this kind of thing. It gives the illusion of having a lay-in since you keep going back to sleep. In reality, you end up with just an hour (or two) of disturbed sleep instead of good solid quality sleep. I now only leave enough time for one snooze and feel much more refreshed.
