I suggest the following apology:I know that things that I don’t think are necessarily insensitive ... could be. ... And I am sincerely sorry for the pain and hurt I’ve caused to Jade’s family. I am wrong ... I am wrong and I know that my words and my actions were wrong and I’m not trying to justify that in any way – I am wrong, and the people who have complained are not wrong. They’re just insulted by me and I completely take that criticism.
