The logic would be a little differentBut basically the same idea I'm sure.
At the moment, it basically says 'What is not on the front page now that was last time I checked' then grabs those threads and tweaks the HTML a bit. It doesn't display right in Outlook (including animated gifs) but better than not seeing them.
Note that it doesn't inline the images either so if you're blocked by a proxy or firewall, you're still out of luck. I'm considering that but it's a bit more advanced. Should also be possible to thumbnail the images instead of sending the full thing.
