sums up my opinion of them pretty wellAlthough some of the other 'clients' that go into my local jobcentre seem to deserve getting treated like that, it's actually depressing going in there.

And what's with the redecoration comment? Unless redecoration means preserving the awful look that most of them seem to have both externally and internally.
