» What's the most horrific thing you've seen?

romania
Marty McFly reminded me that i have my very own romania related story. Im pretty lucky, iv never really seen anything horrific, but this was the most jaw droppingly wierd thing iv ever seen, i still dont quite understand it.
Last year i volunteered with my college to go to romania, our job was to redecorate a school gym for some special needs kids. On the weekends we could do whatever we wanted, and on this particular weekend i think we were going swimming or something similar.

Part of the journey there entailed us getting the tram, it was quite busy so we split up into two or three groups and just stood for the journey looking idly out of the windows, the tram would stop every few minutes at various points across town. Every stop had a handful of beggars or "gypsies" hanging around, and at one stop there was a young woman, she was probably about 25-ish.

However she wasnt just your average romanian gypsy, she was back to front. It was like she had just been twisted like a rubix cube. Her arse was on her front (if she looked directly down she would have got a view of it), i think her boobs were on her back, and her knees and feet were the wrong way around. I cant really explain it, so here is my artists impression -

i really dont know what else to say about it. Im not sure if it's possible for anyone to be born like that, i know people purposefully chop off body parts to get money off tourists and such, but im not sure if anyone could twist themselves around?
like i said, not quite horrific, blood, vom, goatse etc. But still the wierdest thing i'll probably ever see
