How about- I'll be whatever colour you want me to be?
Then after the election I'll carry on with the plan that my masters have for you.

They should be...
Although, if you're going to say it correctly, it's hanged...

They could clean it up a lot
if they would just ban members from having outside business interests and have a five-year waiting period before they take any job in a related private sector after standing down. While it wouldn't stop the petty theiving, it would sort out some of the vested interests.

Yes.
A blend of the best politicians would be better than one body with a certain agenda.

I'd prefer a blend of the worst politicians
The ones who are good at it got us into this mess.

"A blend of the best politicians"
with only 5% of the polyunsaturates of the Republican Party.

They're all a bunch of
lying thieves. I have one vote and it will be against the incumbent.

I still like to cling to the idea that maybe there are at least a few MPs who have a genuine desire to do the right thing.

Nick Clegg seemed to making all the right noises the other night.
But does he REALLY know what he is doing?

I like his plans for taxing the better off.
I really don't believe the crap that some people come out with about how everyone will leave if we put the taxes up too much.
And even if they do, fine, it's not like the banking sector could do much of a worse job than they have recently.
Exactly how many hours a day do you have to work before you're genuinely worth millions of pounds a year?

Oh god, shut up.
It's late, you should be in bed. Stop rambling on with your half-baked political ideas.

Good advice, but I'm in a family run firm.. (Financially based)
The "credit crunch" (I hate that phrase).. kicked us squarely in the nuts. Once this bloody election is out of the way, hopefully the housing market will pick up again.

It's not just that they will be scared away,
they will be less creative. Rich people are people too, and they're people who've managed to persuade others to give them large amounts of money, which in many cases means they've pleased other people a great deal. Taking their money away and spending it on things they didn't intend to spend it on reduces their ability to please others in whatever way they do.

Although his hair doesn't look as stupid.
Maybe he has remnants of a real Labour politician buried deep inside.

Today's word is "populace"
A populace is a group of people forming the total population of a certain place. It is taken from the Latin word populus, which means "people"..
