I got a nasty cut on my middle finger's first knuckle yesterday while opening a carton of orange juice with a fiddly little flick top thing and sharp bits
Should I sue the company? I've been cut before, this one is particularly nasty as it's across the knuckle so now I can't bend the tip of the finger without stressing the wound and causing pain.
