# Yay and I have just finished a new Woo!!!
- 10 minutes to eat half a packet of Bourbons
- 5 minutes to set the photo up
- About two hours to shop and gif
- 1 minutes to optimise the fuck out of it and it is still to big for b3ta!
- (sorry)

# I don't understand why it's so big there isn't a lot of frames al i can suggest is to drop the number of colours
and use a pattern dither the quality should be good enough.

# *snigger* she said it's so big! f'naar

# I think the wood affect is adding loads..

# more than likely but there isn't a lot of moving pixels
so I think it's just the number of colours.
(, Sun 22 Jan 2012, 17:33, archived)
# There are a load of moving pixels if you take into account the wood effect,
Which is in effect multi couloured, gradiented from top to bottom and takes up a large proportion of each frame and changes every frame

# Yay fucking nice.....

I would suggest shooting it on a totaly flat background like plain coloured paper, the wood grain will be adding loads, a quick fix would be loose the zoom section...
(, Sun 22 Jan 2012, 17:29, archived)
# I may have a go at cutting the wood out then, but not today...
Thanks for the advice TIM

# A bit like this still, a plain background reduces it by more than 25% I still fucking love it whatever :-)

# I was lazy and used magic wand !
I know it's shit but was just a quick example of how mush a plain background would help.

I know these are really shit, I just through them together, adding a bit of dither a lossy fucks it, but I'm trying to optimise your already optimised file..

This is really shit shit because I used magic wand just as an example of how a plain back ground would reduce the overall size, so the magic wand took half of their faces with it!, but it demonstrates how much it would reduce the size if done properly...
Don't laugh, I know it's shit!

That last one is realy shit!

I will have a later the try and cut it out propper and then re-gif it...

# Interesting ignores wood innuendos
I think the wood effect has to stay, the zoom effect has to stay, the out of focus background has to stay. Don't change it. As usual, the b3ta based subjects don't interest me that much, but the idea and the way it has been done is brill, and something that I for one would like to see more experimentation with. Note: I almost missed this because of the posts after it, and if I had that would have been very sad because the posts after it aren't as good, sorry.
