I remember alt+0245 is acute on windows, so probably alt+0253 or something like that. For lower case. Overall, life would be a lot easier if all the foreigns just spoke English.

The only letters in the Swedish alphabet that differ from the Latin one are Ä (for AE), Ö (for OE) and Å (for AA). Ø is a Danish/Norwegian character.
