[challenge entry] Extreme Prescription Drugs counts, right?


Major Premise: In April of last year the Ontario Superior Court struck down restrictions on possessing and producing marijuana (because medical cannabis is too hard to get).
Minor Premise: Recently, the Supreme Court of Canada struck down the patent on Viagra (for being too vague), opening the door to cheap generic versions.
Conclusion: Canadian judges throw awesome parties.

the pot thing is on appeal. The government had 3 months to come up with a better law; that was over a year ago. Still waiting.
