FYI, FAQ means "Frequently Asked Questions"...put another way, when you hit a new site, you may have questions...the myriad netizens who came here before you had the very same questions...
Might be a good idea to uhm adopt that as a responsible habit when you DO get to a new spot?

Still a tad large at 300k
Try shrinking the image size, or crop a bit off the top that isn't really vital to the picture.... That always makes a big difference.
